TERMS AND CONDITIONS for SCOOTER RENT |
- Documents required: riding licence and identity card.
- In order to ride 50cc scooters (if not of legal age) customers shall be in possession of a riding licence and be accompanied by a person of legal age that shall sign the contract.
- In order to ride 125cc scooters customers shall be in possession of the A1 riding licence.
- The scooters are delivered to the customers filled up with petrol and shall be returned filled up with petrol after the rent period.
- The scooters rent price includes:
- n° 2 crash-helmets
- insurance covering damages to third parties
- One-day rent means from 8:30 to 18:30.
REGULATION
DELIVERY AND RETURN
The customer confirms that the scooter is in good working order and equipped with one crash-helmet for each passenger. The customer shall return the scooter and crash-helmets in the same condition.
DAMAGE – ACCIDENT – THEFT
In case of loss or theft of, or damage to the scooter and/or the crash-helmets, the customer shall refund the damage immediately.
Any accident or theft shall be immediately reported to TOPbike. Moreover, the customer shall present the necessary denunciations to the Police.
DEBITS
The customer shall anyway pay for any bills, penalties, legal expenses or other kind of expenses resulting from the use of the scooter during the rent period.
EXEMPTION FROM RESPONSABILITY
TOPbike shall not be considered responsible for any injury or damage occurred to the customer or to third parties further to the use of the scooter during the rent period.
In case of an accident with a third party where the customer is responsible for the situation, the insurance the scooter is provided with does not cover the damage caused to the scooter rented and therefore the repairing expenses shall be charged to the customer.
