TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bicycles are hired after depositing an identity card, which is needed to fill in the rental contract with the hirer's personal data.
- The person signing the hire agreement form, indeed, will be held financially liable for any loss or damage to the equipment hired and is fully aware of these terms and conditions.
- An inspection of the bike will be performed in your presence when the bike is handed over to you: you undertake not to misuse the bike and return it to Topbike in the same condition as it was delivered to you (normal wear and tear excepted).
- In the event of the bike/equipment being stolen or lost during the rental period, Topbike is entitled to charge you the original purchase price of it.
- During the rental period, Topbike will make reasonable endeavours to replace or fix any mal-functioning components, unless the problem was created by your misuse of the bike.
- As the hirer, you understand that any cycling activity involves a certain element of risk. You are advised that any person using Topbike equipment does so entirely at their own risk. Topbike does not accept any liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property beyond its legal obligation.
- Helmets are provided upon request.
- Full payment must be made, before the start of your bike rental.
